Head of Finance

About the role

Art Processors is seeking a Head of Finance to shape and execute its financial strategy across both its Experience Design and Pladia software businesses. Reporting to the Founding Principal, you will partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance, governance, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, reporting, budgeting, FP&A and internal control functions.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts and cash‑flow management processes.
• Oversee business intelligence, data analytics and reporting tools.
• Present financial results and strategic insights to the executive team and board.
• Manage a small finance team, including a Commercial Finance & BI Analyst and an Assistant Accountant.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance teams in fast‑growing SaaS or project‑services environments.
• Strong business partnering skills with senior leadership.
• Experience in both Australian and US markets is preferred.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree plus CPA or CA qualification.
• Commercial mindset, outcome‑orientation and adaptability.
