Head of Enterprise Success

About the role

Askable is looking for a Head of Enterprise Success to lead its enterprise customer success function from its Brisbane office. In this player‑coach position you will shape the strategy for growing enterprise accounts while staying directly involved with the largest clients and your own portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers to design, scope and deliver high‑impact research projects.
• Set clear performance expectations, run regular one‑on‑ones, account reviews and maintain quality standards.
• Hire, onboard and develop team members as the function scales.
• Own team retention and growth targets while managing a personal book of business.
• Accurately forecast revenue, identify risks early and act proactively before renewal discussions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Revenue APAC to define enterprise growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading customer success or account management teams in a SaaS or research‑technology environment.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and client retention at the enterprise level.
• Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on client engagement.
