Head of Boutique – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

The Head of Boutique will lead Chanel’s Perth fashion boutique, acting as the brand’s ambassador and the primary driver of performance across leadership, client engagement, brand execution, financial health and sustainability. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will shape the boutique’s strategy, inspire the team and ensure the Chanel difference is delivered to every client.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the boutique’s vision, strategy and client relational promise in partnership with the Head of Retail and People & Organization.
• Lead, coach and develop the boutique team, fostering a culture of feedback, collaboration and collective performance.
• Monitor, forecast and act on financial targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, analysing metrics and informing stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional roles such as visual merchandising, retail learning, development and marketing to maximise the boutique ecosystem.
• Champion customer engagement, positioning Fashion Advisors at the heart of client relationships and building long‑lasting client loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury or high‑end fashion retail.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities across internal and external partners.
• Track record of delivering financial results and managing boutique operations.
• Ability to inspire, develop and retain talent in a fast‑paced, brand‑focused environment.
