HC & HR Truck Drivers – Stable Monday‑Friday Shifts

About the role

Metroll, a leading Australian steel building products manufacturer, is seeking experienced HR and HC truck drivers for its Bunbury operation. The role offers stable Monday‑Friday hours with the possibility of overtime, supporting local deliveries across Bunbury and surrounding regions.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate HR or HC vehicles to deliver steel building products on schedule.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, overhead cranes and HIAB equipment.
• Perform manual handling tasks while ensuring load restraint and product security.
• Complete daily pre‑start and vehicle safety checks.
• Provide professional customer service during each delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to meet delivery deadlines and comply with safety, transport and Chain of Responsibility regulations.

Required profile

• Current HR or HC licence appropriate to the position.
• Previous truck driving or delivery experience.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Strong understanding of load restraint and transport safety.
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Operation of HIAB equipment.
• Use of overhead cranes.
• Experience with CV, Dogman or Riggers tickets (preferred).
• Physical fitness for manual handling duties.
