Guidewire Architect

About the role

Adactin Group is seeking an experienced Guidewire Architect to lead the end‑to‑end architecture, technical design, and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. The role involves defining scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Define architectural decisions, solution design, and technical governance for PolicyCenter projects.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, and cross‑functional Guidewire teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews, mentor technical teams, and guide developers through complex challenges.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter architecture, configuration, and integration.
• Proven track record of delivering at least one full end‑to‑end PolicyCenter implementation.
• Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts such as policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating, and product configuration.

Required skills

• Guidewire PolicyCenter, Gosu scripting, PCF, Guidewire Studio, Edge APIs, plugins, batch processes, messaging, event‑driven integrations.
• REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Configuration Manager (ICM), and enterprise integration patterns.
• Guidewire Cloud Platform, cloud architecture, deployment models, and migration strategies.
• Java, XML, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, Git/SVN, Agile delivery practices.
