.Net Developer

About the role

Join VicRoads' Engineering and Integration team to design, build and support cloud‑native .NET applications and serverless services that power digital platforms and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain high‑performance backend services and APIs using C# and .NET 8+ on AWS.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, write automated unit/integration tests, perform code reviews and ensure secure, resilient deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture artefacts and operational runbooks, and drive continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience building modern, cloud‑native applications in C#/.NET within AWS environments.
• Hands‑on experience with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync and Step Functions.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, SAM, CDK) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
