About the role
Join Four Points by Sheraton in Sydney as a Guest Service Agent, delivering friendly and genuine experiences to independent travellers. You will support the Guest Services team with daily operational tasks while acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the hotel and its surrounding area.
Key responsibilities
- Handle guest enquiries, provide accurate information about the hotel and local attractions, and ensure a seamless stay.
- Verify and adjust guest billing, respond to questions and requests, and maintain accurate records.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to encourage future bookings.
Required profile
- Experience using the OPERA property management system or a similar PMS.
- Relevant experience in a front‑desk or guest services role.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
