About the role
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of a Reddy Express store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient stock handling and a safe workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee customer service and store performance.
- Train, develop and roster staff.
- Manage stock levels and reporting.
- Implement health and safety policies.
Required profile
- Leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and attention to detail.
