Guest Service Agent

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Novotel Perth Murray Street, you will be the first smile guests see and the last impression they leave with. You will create welcoming, efficient check‑in and check‑out experiences while sharing local knowledge and the benefits of Accor Live Limitless.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth, delivering friendly and efficient check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Anticipate guest needs, add personal touches, and provide recommendations on dining, attractions and hidden gems in Perth.
• Handle enquiries and concerns with empathy, initiative and solution‑focused communication.
• Promote and enrol guests in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.
• Maintain accurate reservations, guest records, process payments and complete daily front‑office tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome.
• Clear communication skills, friendly and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in hotels, customer service or other guest‑facing roles.
• Valid Australian working rights.
