Guest Service Agent – Casual

About the role

Join the friendly team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort as a casual Guest Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth check‑ins and check‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Provide information on local attractions, eateries and hotel services.
• Assist guests with bookings and any enquiries during their stay.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or customer‑service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts, 7 days a week.

Required skills

• High level of customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
