About the role
We are seeking a warm, energetic and highly organised Guest Experience & Culture Champion to be the friendly face of our Sydney office. You will ensure the front‑of‑house runs smoothly while creating a welcoming, vibrant environment for visitors and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily front‑desk operations, visitor access, meeting‑room readiness, mail, and deliveries.
- Maintain kitchen and beverage stock, office supplies, shared spaces and overall workplace presentation.
- Enhance the office vibe with thoughtful “surprise and delight” touches that improve daily experience.
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding logistics, including access cards, security passes, parking, and desk setups.
- Log, track and follow up on maintenance and facilities requests, liaising with building management and suppliers.
- Work closely with external partners such as cleaners, security and maintenance providers.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
- Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate the needs of visitors and staff.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
