Guest Experience Attendant

About the role

Join Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa as a Guest Experience Attendant, providing friendly, flexible, and guest‑focused service across Front Office and housekeeping on a casual basis.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs with efficiency and warmth.
• Assist with housekeeping duties, including servicing rooms and public areas.
• Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests and feedback promptly.
• Support linen handling, room setup and maintain brand cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Process payments accurately and keep guest records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in Front Office or similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for a rotating 7‑day roster, including weekends and evenings.
