GTM Enablement Manager

About the role

You will serve as the strategic enablement partner for Zoom's ANZ revenue teams, designing programs that embed the Zoom Way of Selling and driving measurable sales performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior ANZ Sales Leaders to assess needs and design tailored enablement initiatives aligned with regional revenue goals.
• Design and deliver learning experiences across live instruction, on‑demand coursework, playbooks, and coaching for AE, Sales Engineer, and partner roles.
• Build quarterly enablement plans with clear impact metrics tied to ANZ revenue targets.
• Connect global enablement strategies with ANZ market requirements, competitive dynamics, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the Value Selling Centre of Excellence to scale adoption of the Zoom Way of Selling.
• Optimize sales enablement tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and value‑based selling.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Partner teams to create ANZ‑specific content for prospect and customer conversations.
• Equip the ANZ field to leverage AI for personalized training, call analysis, content automation, and real‑time coaching insights.
• Manage program metrics end‑to‑end and communicate success to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales enablement experience with a proven track record of developing high‑performing sales teams.
• Previous direct or indirect sales experience and strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
• Demonstrated program management skills, handling multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret enablement metrics and optimize programs.
