Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

coreflow is building a new category of interactive entertainment powered by AI. The company seeks a senior marketer to own and scale its performance marketing function, driving user acquisition and growth across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the performance marketing function end‑to‑end, including strategy, execution and budget management.
• Operate across unique DSPs and paid acquisition channels, optimizing CPM, CTR and CPA while using AI‑first tooling.
• Manage large budgets, allocate incremental spend, and expand campaigns into new regions, networks and audiences.
• Run structured test‑and‑learn experiments across audiences, creative, placements and bidding.
• Own attribution and measurement, diagnosing funnel leaks from first impression to paid conversion and fixing each stage.

Required profile

• Extensive performance marketing experience with real budget ownership.
• Ability to reason causally about spend, comfortable with attribution, incrementality and metric analysis.
• Hands‑on data skills: can pull queries, read funnels and build models without waiting for others.
• High attention to detail, experimental mindset and creativity paired with a strong obsession for numbers.
• Strong drive to win in a fast‑moving, uncharted environment.

Required skills

• SQL for data querying and analysis.
