About the role

BNDRY is a modern compliance platform helping organisations manage AML, financial crime, and regulatory obligations. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate market penetration, drive demand generation, and position BNDRY as the leading RegTech solution for enterprise compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the marketing technology stack, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across CRM and automation tools.
• Build scalable, repeatable lead‑generation engines using workflow automation and growth‑engineering tactics.
• Translate complex AML and regulatory frameworks into high‑trust collateral such as technical FAQs and compliance briefs.
• Create specialised sales‑enablement resources to support complex legal due‑diligence and high‑friction deal cycles.
• Develop real‑time dashboards linking marketing activities to revenue, lead velocity, and pipeline quality.
• Establish relationships with industry associations, partners, and media to boost brand authority.

• Strategic marketer capable of articulating sophisticated regulatory technology value to business decision‑makers.
• Strong collaborator comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
