Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

Fiskil is building the infrastructure of the Open Data economy and needs its first dedicated growth marketer. As the Growth Marketing Lead you will own the end‑to‑end marketing engine, turning technical product capabilities into compelling customer‑facing messaging and demand‑generation campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies across discoverability, conversion, lifecycle, and automation.
• Improve website messaging, landing pages, contact flows and onboarding journeys.
• Create performance‑marketing programs that drive new customer acquisition.
• Translate product features, customer stories and regulatory updates into campaigns, content, and sales assets.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as one‑pagers, battlecards, case studies and product explainers.
• Own email marketing, lifecycle campaigns and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong marketing judgement with a focus on positioning, copy, distribution and segmentation.
• Technical curiosity and ability to understand complex, technical products.
• Comfort working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Proactive ownership and speed in taking ideas from concept to launch and iteration.

Required skills

• Experience with SEO, website conversion optimisation and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in using AI, automation and data‑driven tools to build repeatable processes.
• Ability to craft clear, credible messaging for technical and regulatory topics.
