Growth Marketing Associate - AI, SEO & Experimentation

About the role

EasyAsset is looking for an unusually bright, analytical and ambitious early‑career marketer to help grow the business in an AI‑first environment. You will start by expanding visibility across Google and AI search, then progress into conversion optimisation, experimentation and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• SEO – identify and act on opportunities to grow valuable organic traffic.
• GEO – improve EasyAsset’s visibility across AI search and answer engines.
• Content – discover and create content that genuinely deserves to rank.
• Analytics – monitor traffic, leads and customer behaviour to inform decisions.
• CRO – optimise landing pages, forms and funnels for higher conversion.
• Experimentation – develop hypotheses and run growth tests.
• Acquisition – explore new channels and tactics to attract customers.
• AI marketing – leverage modern AI tools to research, analyse and execute campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong learning ability – demonstrated by academic results or rapid skill acquisition.
• Analytical thinking – enjoy working with data, spotting patterns and solving problems.
• Curiosity – naturally want to understand why things happen.
• Initiative – can work independently without every step mapped out.
• AI fluency – already experimenting with modern AI tools.
