Group Portfolio Leader – Dental Solutions (ANZ)

About the role

Solventum is seeking an experienced leader to head the Australia/New Zealand portfolio and marketing strategy for its Dental Solutions business. Reporting to the ANZ leadership team, you will shape market strategy, drive growth, and ensure successful product launches across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio and marketing plans to achieve topline, margin, and market‑share targets.
• Own brand positioning and lead integrated brand and portfolio marketing programs.
• Collaborate with APAC regional teams to align go‑to‑market strategies and pricing tactics.
• Lead new‑product launch planning with cross‑functional teams and manage trade‑marketing budgets.
• Partner with sales to create strategic customer relationship plans and maintain key channel partnerships.
• Provide market insights, forecast demand, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the medical‑devices industry.
• At least 8 years in a leadership role with proven talent development.
• Strong track record working in matrix organisations and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
