Group General Manager – Sales & Marketing

About the role

This is a rare executive appointment for a commercially driven leader to own the growth agenda of one of Victoria's leading residential building groups. Reporting directly to the CEO & COO, the role sits at the commercial heart of a multi‑brand, high‑volume operation covering metro and regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute group‑wide sales strategy across retail, wholesale, investor and developer channels.
• Lead marketing initiatives including brand strategy, digital campaigns, lead generation and agency management.
• Oversee House & Land operations, estate relationships and package strategy.
• Build, develop and align multiple sales and marketing leaders across brands and regions.
• Manage display network effectiveness, pipeline performance and channel optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leader with extensive experience in residential building and construction in Victoria.
• Demonstrated success leading large‑scale sales and marketing functions across multiple brands or regions.
• Deep understanding of the Victorian housing market, including retail, House & Land, investor, wholesale and developer channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution.
• Resilient, mature and confident leader capable of navigating complexity and market change.
