Group FP&A Manager

About the role

Join a leading healthcare organisation as Group FP&A Manager, reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Board and senior leadership. You will lead a small team of analysts and drive financial planning, forecasting and reporting across a large, multi‑site operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing FP&A team.
• Oversee group‑wide budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Produce commercial insights, financial analysis and scenario modelling for strategic decisions.
• Drive improvements in forecasting methodologies, reporting processes and financial systems.
• Partner with Commercial Finance, Operations and regional leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage capital expenditure business cases, investment evaluation and post‑investment reviews.

Required profile

• Extensive FP&A leadership experience in a large corporate, ASX‑listed or multinational environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
• Qualified CA or CPA preferred.

• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting expertise.
• Experience with capital investment evaluation and business case development.
