Group Coordinator - Restaurants (Part Time)

About the role

Crown Resorts is looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Group Coordinator for its Food & Beverage team at Crown Perth. The role coordinates restaurant group bookings across the resort's dining portfolio, keeping the guest experience seamless from enquiry through to execution, working with restaurant operations, sales teams and guests. This is a part-time position of 2 days per week (16 hours).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage restaurant group reservations and event bookings.
• Liaise with guests, internal stakeholders and operational teams so booking requirements are communicated clearly.
• Prepare booking documentation, function details and administrative reports.
• Monitor reservation activity and recommend ways to optimise capacity and guest experiences.
• Respond to enquiries professionally and on time.
• Maintain accurate booking information across relevant systems.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality administration, reservations, events, restaurant operations or customer service.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and accuracy under pressure.
• Confidence working with reservation and booking systems.
