Grounds Attendant

About the role

Join My NRMA at Myall Shores Holiday Park and help keep the park looking welcoming and safe for guests. You’ll work outdoors in a beautiful lakeside, bush and beach setting, supporting the maintenance and housekeeping teams.

Key responsibilities

• Mow lawns, use whipper snippers and perform general lawn care.
• Garden, prune, mulch and control weeds.
• Collect rubbish and keep common areas tidy.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and set up outdoor recreation spaces.
• Report hazards, damage or maintenance issues promptly.

Required profile

• Enjoy practical outdoor work and can work without constant supervision.
• Physically fit, reliable and punctual, available on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
• Safety‑conscious and able to follow WHS guidelines.

Required skills

• Ability to safely operate mowers and whipper snippers.
• Experience with gardening tools such as pruning shears, mulching equipment and, optionally, chainsaws.
