Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will be the visual specialist within a fast‑growing retail activation company, turning concepts into high‑quality presentations, product graphics, 3D render artwork and print‑ready files. You will work closely with product designers, sales, and clients across Australia and the APAC region, owning the design process from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create commercial‑focused presentation and pitch decks in collaboration with sales and design teams.
• Produce graphic artwork for 3D product renders, visualisations, and branding elements such as labels and POS graphics.
• Develop print‑ready artwork for physical products, displays and marketing collateral.
• Generate digital and motion content, including hype reels, social media assets and website graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and manage multiple briefs while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Positive, commercially minded designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual communication.
• Self‑starter who can take ownership of briefs, develop solutions and deliver without constant direction.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, responsive to feedback and able to juggle changing priorities.
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience and full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
• Experience preparing print‑ and production‑ready artwork with meticulous attention to detail.
