Senior Designer

About the role

Monks is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join a regional creative team producing rapid‑turn editorial and marketing content. The role works closely with client stakeholders and a distributed global team to deliver polished digital and web‑based assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality editorial, marketing and web assets using established brand guidelines, templates and component systems.
• Translate complex technical and product information into clear visual hierarchies, diagrams, charts and supporting graphics.
• Apply strong UX and web design principles across responsive digital layouts and prepare production‑ready files for distributed teams.
• Partner with the Design Director, technical writers, motion designers and producers to bring briefs to life while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital, visual, web or product design within an agency, technology company or in‑house creative organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including shared libraries, components, auto‑layout, variables and approved plugins.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive web design and accessibility.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage rapid turnarounds and maintain quality across shifting priorities.
