Designer – Own Brand

About the role

The Iconic is seeking a creative Designer to join its Own Brand Design Team. Reporting to the Own Brand Design Manager, you will lead the conception and development of collections, translating trends into contemporary designs with a strong customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design direction and create captivating collections from concept to final product.
• Maintain close collaboration with manufacturers, ensuring accurate tech packs and timely handovers.
• Select and source fabrics, colours, trims in line with company standards.
• Attend fit sessions, approve final samples, and ensure designs meet the original brief.
• Participate in range planning meetings to balance styling, colour, and fabrications.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a Junior Designer or Designer role.
• Strong trend‑forecasting ability with a commercial eye for fashion.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advantageous).
