Graphic Designer – In‑house Marketing Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join Snowy River Caravans’ in‑house marketing team. The role involves creating digital and print assets that bring the brand to life across campaigns, product launches, events and dealer marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design process for campaigns, product launches and ongoing marketing activities.
• Translate briefs into clear, engaging and commercially effective designs for digital ads, EDMs, social media, brochures, POS, signage and event collateral.
• Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines while evolving the visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and wider team to develop concepts and creative directions.
• Contribute to ideation and problem‑solving to enhance brand engagement.
• Design with a digital‑first mindset, considering usability, motion and interaction where relevant.
• Produce and adapt artwork for multiple formats, platforms and dealer requirements.
• Manage several projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads to meet tight deadlines.
• Prepare files accurately for production, print and digital delivery.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an in‑house or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design across digital, print and campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate within a fast‑paced commercial setting.
