Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant

About the role

Colliers is seeking a proactive and creative Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join its Real Estate Management Services team in Sydney. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional looking to develop design and marketing skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver winning submissions, proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinate multiple projects and manage competing deadlines.
• Create engaging marketing collateral and branded content.
• Support communications, campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and maintain marketing resources and content libraries.
• Drive process improvements and innovative ways of working.

Required profile

• Recent completion of a Graphic Design or Marketing related degree or course.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior professionals.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with ability to perform under tight deadlines.
• Passion for learning new technologies, tools and ways of working.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
