Graduate Tax Consultant

About the role

William Buck is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join its Tax Services team in Adelaide starting February 2027. You will work alongside experienced tax specialists, supporting a diverse client base that includes corporations, high‑net‑worth individuals and start‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical research into tax legislation and regulations.
• Draft letters of tax advice and memorandums for clients.
• Prepare and lodge income tax returns for companies.
• Prepare fringe benefits tax returns.
• Attend client meetings to deliver tax advice under manager supervision.
• Assist colleagues from other teams with technical tax queries.

Required profile

• Final‑year undergraduate or recent graduate with a degree in Commerce or Business, majoring in Accounting or Taxation.
• Strong interest in client service and relationship building.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
