Graduate Speech Pathologist - 360 GO Program

About the role

National 360, an NDIS registered provider of community-based allied health services, is recruiting a Graduate Speech Pathologist for its 360 GO program. You will help people of all ages build independence and reach meaningful goals through person-centred therapy, working across community, in-home and clinic settings. The 12-month program includes a 6-month induction, weekly clinical supervision, mentoring and a personal Graduate Buddy.

Key responsibilities

• Complete Speech Pathology assessments and deliver tailored, evidence-based interventions
• Work with clients, families and support networks to understand needs, develop and review therapy plans, make recommendations, prepare reports and support funding applications
• Take part in team meetings and feedback sessions, keep accurate clinical notes and billing records, and travel between clients

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology (or nearly complete)
• SPA registration or in the process of obtaining it
• Interest in community-based healthcare
• Current driver's licence and access to your own insured vehicle
• Full Australian working rights, or eligibility to obtain them after graduation
• Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Check
