Graduate Speech Pathologist – 360 GO Program 2027

About the role

National 360's 360 GO Graduate Program is a 12-month bridge from university to a clinical career in speech pathology, based in Hobart. It offers onboarding, weekly supervision, a carefully paced caseload and a structured Graduate Passport covering simulated practice, experiential discovery, theoretical learning and individualised development. Recruitment for 2027 graduates happens in stages, starting with the first intake in early 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care under the support of a Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader.
• Complete observational sessions and joint appointments with the Clinical Supervisor.
• Support clients in the community, at home, in clinic spaces or via telehealth.
• Prepare for appointments, write reports and complete case notes.
• Attend 1:1 or group supervision and team meetings.
• Complete the Graduate Curriculum on the online learning system and connect with a Graduate Buddy.
• Take part in mentoring sessions with Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Graduate Speech Pathologist with a relevant tertiary qualification (or pending graduation).
• Current SPA registration (or in progress).
• Genuine interest in community healthcare.
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check.
