Graduate Social Worker, Allied Health Grade 1

About the role

Albury Wodonga Health is recruiting a Graduate/Grade 1 Social Worker for its Allied Health team. This is a rotational position covering both hospital campuses, where you will deliver high-quality social work services within a multidisciplinary team alongside medical, nursing and allied health professionals. The role supports person-centred care and positive patient outcomes, and contributes to optimising patient flow and safe care pathways into and out of the service.
