Graduate Process Engineer - Water Treatment Plant

About the role

Veolia is looking for a Graduate Process Engineer to join its team at the Luggage Point Advanced Water Treatment Plant in Pinkenba. Working alongside experienced engineers and operational teams, you will gain hands-on exposure to process engineering, plant operations, water quality and asset management, analysing plant performance and helping solve operational problems.

Key responsibilities

• Support the engineering and operations teams
• Monitor plant processes and analyse performance data
• Help troubleshoot process and operational issues
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and plant performance
• Support asset management and engineering projects
• Prepare technical reports, procedures and work instructions
• Contribute to safety, risk and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
• Desire to develop a career in engineering
• Willingness to learn and develop in an operational environment
