Graduate Physiotherapist - Homecare

About the role

Lifecare Homecare, part of the APM Group, is hiring a graduate physiotherapist in Cloverdale, Perth. You will provide high-quality physiotherapy treatment to clients in a multi-disciplinary setting, covering assessment, treatment planning, implementation and evaluation. The role is open to full-time or part-time applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality physiotherapy services tailored to each client's needs, using a person-centred approach
• Assess patients and provide interventions in their own homes
• Work with Allied Health Professionals, GPs and other health care professionals to support patient care
• Write initial, progress and final reports and treatment management plans that meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP providers
• Build relationships with case managers, GPs, community centres and other referrers

Required profile

• Physiotherapy degree with General AHPRA registration
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and independently in the community
• Enjoyment of working with older adults and adult disability clients
• Full working rights in Australia
• Clean driver's licence, access to your own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain them
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check after a successful application
