Physiotherapist

About the role

Lifecare Homecare, part of the APM Group, is recruiting a Physiotherapist to join its growing multidisciplinary allied health team. You will deliver person-centred physiotherapy services in clients' homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals, improve wellbeing and stay independent. The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with the autonomy of managing your own caseload alongside support from an experienced, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with GPs, other allied health professionals and key stakeholders for the best client outcomes.
• Prepare clinical reports, treatment plans and recommendations meeting NDIS, DVA, Medicare and Home Care Package requirements.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, case managers and community partners.
• Champion a person-centred approach and support clients to maximise mobility, function, independence and quality of life.

Required profile

• Physiotherapy degree with General AHPRA registration.
• Ability to work both within a multi-disciplinary team and autonomously in the community.
• Enjoyment of working with older adults and adult disability clients.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Clean driver's licence, access to your own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain them.
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check after a successful application.
