Podiatrist – Community Homecare

About the role

Lifecare Homecare is seeking a qualified Podiatrist to deliver high‑quality podiatry services to clients in their homes. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing assessments, treatment planning and implementation for older adults and people with disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct home‑based podiatry assessments and interventions using a person‑centred approach.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals, GPs and case managers to ensure coordinated care.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and treatment plans that meet NDIS, DVA, Medicare and other funding requirements.
• Maintain effective relationships with referrers and uphold the practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence.

Required profile

• Podiatry degree with current AHPRA registration.
• Ability to work autonomously in the community and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience or interest in serving older adult and disability populations.
• Full Australian working rights, a clean driver’s licence, own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check.
