Graduate Occupational Therapist – Queensland

About the role

The Graduate Occupational Therapist role is part of Everyday Independence’s Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program, starting February 2027 with monthly intakes. You will deliver evidence‑based therapy in homes, schools, workplaces and community settings, supporting participants to achieve personal goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy interventions in community environments such as homes, schools and workplaces.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions and share ideas.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants to drive positive change.

Required profile

• Recently completed Occupational Therapy degree.
• Current or pending AHPRA registration.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to work in community settings.

Required skills

• Knowledge of evidence‑based occupational therapy practices.
• Ability to deliver therapy in multi‑modal communication contexts.
