About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy services provider supporting children, adolescents and adults through the NDIS, is recruiting a graduate Occupational Therapist for its 2027 program. The role combines community and clinic work with assessments, reports and therapy delivery, with weekly supervision, mentoring and a graduate buddy.

Key responsibilities

Support participants in the community and clinic
Complete assessments and reports
Deliver meaningful therapy
Work alongside families, carers and other clinicians

Required profile

Graduating and ready to start in the 2027 Graduate Program
Eligible for AHPRA registration
Licensed driver with access to a vehicle
Curious, compassionate and eager to learn
