Graduate Management Program 2027 – FMCG

About the role

A global FMCG giant, operating thousands of stores worldwide and expanding across Australia, is recruiting graduates for its Graduate Management Program 2027. The role is full-time and permanent, starting in March 2027, and offers a structured leadership pathway with hands-on experience, mentoring and real business responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Learn every aspect of business operations by working alongside experienced leaders in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Develop practical skills in leadership, coaching and team development.
• Gain experience in business operations and workforce planning, customer experience and brand excellence, commercial decision-making and business strategy, inventory management, sales growth and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline, with graduation between June 2025 and January 2027.
• Australian, New Zealand or Australian permanent resident citizenship.
• Strong leadership potential, commercial awareness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer experience.
• Flexibility to relocate within Australia if required, and availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
