Graduate Engineer - Sustainability & Engineering (Feb 2027 Program)

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong's two‑year Graduate Development Program as a Graduate Engineer focused on Sustainability & Engineering. You will work on major infrastructure projects, applying sustainability analysis and reporting from day one while learning from senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of transport, energy and built‑environment projects through sustainability assessments and technical documentation.
• Analyse environmental, social and sustainability outcomes, including carbon, energy and resource efficiency, under senior guidance.
• Participate in site visits and project activities to understand implementation of sustainability outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability targets into project designs.
• Apply industry standards, digital tools and best practices through structured learning and on‑the‑job experience.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
