Graduate Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration

About the role

Based in Rydalmere, you will join the Industrial Refrigeration team to support engineering and installation solutions across a wide range of industrial projects. You will experience the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through delivery, commissioning and ongoing customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and develop refrigeration system designs.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, proposals and tender submissions.
• Support project delivery activities including procurement, scheduling and supplier coordination.
• Participate in risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to service and maintenance teams and engage with customers, contractors and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Exposure to thermodynamics and fluid mechanics through academic study.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.
