Graduate Engineer - Electrical, Fire Safety or Structural

About the role

LCI ARTELIA, a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy covering building services, structural, civil and specialist engineering, is running its 2027 Graduate Program in Melbourne and Sydney. The 24-month program combines practical project experience with technical training, mentoring and individual development planning. Successful candidates are expected to start in January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Develop skills in your chosen discipline while learning how engineering teams coordinate and deliver projects.
• Contribute to engineering projects and learn alongside experienced colleagues.
• Take part in multidisciplinary project work, depending on your role, office and available projects.
• Build communication and presentation skills, and learn about project management, budgets, proposals and client communication.

Required profile

• In the final year of a relevant degree, or completed university studies within the previous two years.
• Enjoys solving problems and understanding how things work.
• Communicates clearly, works well with others, asks questions, learns and takes initiative.
• Has an interest in engineering and the built environment.
