About the role

Egis Group is seeking recent Electrical Engineering graduates to join its Building Services team in Brisbane as part of a two‑year graduate program starting February 2027. You will work on real infrastructure projects from day one, gaining hands‑on experience in sustainable design and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to deliver successful building services projects.
• Tackle real‑world challenges, develop creative solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Recent tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering, available to start February 2027.
• Motivated to learn, strong communication skills and experience in teamwork roles such as retail or hospitality.

Required skills

• Exposure to Revit drafting or a strong interest in using Revit for building services.
• Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability and building services engineering.
