Graduate Consultant – Infrastructure Advisory

About the role

Aurecon is looking for a Graduate Consultant to join its Infrastructure Advisory team in Adelaide. You will start your professional journey on real client projects, gaining hands‑on experience while developing the skills needed for a consulting career.

Key responsibilities

• Apply analytical and problem‑solving abilities to live client projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory and design.
• Participate in workshops, self‑paced learning and mentorship programmes.
• Engage with the early‑career network, Limelight, to build professional relationships.
• Take ownership of your career development from day one.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (or near‑completion) in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning or a related double degree.
• Available to start full‑time in early February 2027.
• Curiosity and a desire to solve real‑world problems.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Motivation to grow both consulting and professional capability.
