Graduate Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Melbourne civil works and infrastructure team at Robert Bird Group, a member of the SJ Group. The role offers exposure to complex projects across Australia and a structured graduate development program.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other documentation.
• Partner with supportive colleagues through our buddy system.
• Access a range of industry events and networking opportunities.
• Be part of a large and diverse community of graduates across ANZ.

Required profile

• Graduates in their final year of study or who have graduated within the last two years.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to effectively manage time and workload.
• Developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles.
