Global Strategic Sourcing Manager – Electrical

About the role

Aristocrat is seeking an experienced Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for electrical components to lead sourcing and supplier excellence initiatives. The role will shape the future of the supply chain, ensuring smooth sourcing, supplier management, and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and capability improvement for electrical components such as control modules, LED displays, wiring harnesses, power supplies, and PCBs.
• Drive cost‑reduction programs, value‑engineering proposals and standard‑cost roll initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage new product introductions.
• Perform trade‑off evaluations, feature assessments and commodity analyses to improve cost and performance.
• Ensure supply‑chain resiliency and uphold corporate social responsibility standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Procurement, Finance and other cross‑functional teams.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business or Finance.
• 5+ years of sourcing, supply‑chain or supplier‑management experience.
• 3+ years managing contract manufacturers or strategic direct‑material suppliers.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing of electronic or electromechanical components.
• Strong communication, negotiation and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
