Project Manager - Operations

About the role

An experienced Project Manager - Operations is sought to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and Service. The role brings people together, keeps projects moving and ensures operational requirements, risks and opportunities are considered early. It also plays a key part in operational readiness, helping new processes, systems, equipment and ways of working get ready for implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and Service
• Bring stakeholders together and keep projects moving
• Ensure operational requirements, risks and opportunities are considered early
• Support operational readiness so new processes, systems, equipment and ways of working are ready for implementation

Required profile

• 5-10 years' relevant experience, including hands-on work in an operational environment such as Production, Warehouse or Field Service
• Project management qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in medical device manufacturing and/or operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A practical, commercially minded approach with the confidence to influence, challenge and drive outcomes
• An organised and adaptable approach, able to navigate complexity and ambiguity
