Global Segment Marketing Manager – Dairy

About the role

The Global Segment Marketing Manager, Dairy will lead the development and execution of customer‑focused global marketing strategies that drive growth for Neogen’s Dairy segment. This senior position connects global strategy with regional execution, ensuring consistent positioning, demand‑generation programs, and sales enablement across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global marketing strategy, annual plan, budgets, priorities, and KPIs for the Dairy segment.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to define growth priorities and target segments.
• Create global positioning, messaging, and value propositions, and ensure consistency across regions and channels.
• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness, qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue.
• Partner with regional teams to adapt campaigns while maintaining strategic alignment.
• Develop sales enablement tools and collaborate with commercial leadership to align marketing programs with customer needs.
• Provide strategic direction to regional marketing partners and share best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technical or life‑science environments.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and measurable results.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross‑functional collaboration.
