Global Audience Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The Global Audience Growth Marketing Manager will ensure CTM’s strongest ideas, executive perspectives, customer stories and strategic narratives are not only published, but actively distributed, amplified and discussed across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow CTM’s reach and build relationships across relevant channels and communities.
• Develop scalable programs that extend the impact of CTM’s content and expertise.
• Lead initiatives across audience growth, executive and employee advocacy, community engagement and external visibility.
• Use data, AI, automation and emerging channels to discover new opportunities and continuously improve audience reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Strong experience in B2B audience growth, content distribution or demand generation.
• Understanding of how B2B audiences discover, engage with and build trust in brands, especially on LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Data‑driven approach with ability to use audience insights to inform strategy and measure impact.
• Strategic, systems‑minded with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business or related field; travel industry experience preferred.
