Generalist Lawyer - Boutique Law Firm

About the role

A well-established and growing boutique law firm in Perth's northern suburbs is recruiting an experienced Generalist Lawyer. The role suits legal professionals who want career progression, greater responsibility and work-life balance without a daily CBD commute. The firm is open to tailoring responsibilities to suit candidates with specialised experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of legal matters across Commercial, Corporate, Property, Family Law and Wills & Estates.
• Provide practical and strategic legal advice to clients.
• Work closely with Practice Directors on complex matters.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers and law clerks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of Post-Admission Experience (PAE).
• Admitted to practise law in Australia with eligibility to practise in WA.
• Experience in one or more relevant practice areas.

Required skills

• Strong communication, drafting and client management skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively.
