General Practitioner – Mixed Billing, 65% of Billings, Near Canberra

About the role

We are seeking a General Practitioner (VR or Non‑VR) to join a non‑corporate, GP‑owned clinic located 20‑25 minutes from Canberra. The practice operates a mixed‑billing model and offers onsite supervision and sponsorship for eligible candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct standard consultations (Item 23) and manage mixed‑billing patient flow.
• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care in a supportive, collegial environment.
• Utilise Best Practice Software for clinical documentation and online bookings.
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff (3 admin + RN) to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Participate in onsite supervision for trainees when applicable.

Required profile

• VR GP (FRACGP or FACRRM) or Non‑VR GP with General Registration.
• Eligible for or enrolled in FSP, PFP or ACRRM pathways.
• Ideally possesses Australian GP experience.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Best Practice Software.
